Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Rankenza collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
Account data: your email address and a hashed password when you register and sign in. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
Service data: the keywords you submit, the articles generated for you, and your credit balance and order history.
Technical data: basic information needed to run the site, such as browser type and pages visited, and a session token stored in your browser to keep you signed in.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. Card details are entered on the provider's checkout and never pass through or are stored on Rankenza's servers. We receive only what is needed to credit your account, such as your email address and the purchased package.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to provide the service (generate and deliver your articles, manage credits and orders), keep accounts secure, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to operate Rankenza (hosting, payment processing, and email delivery) and when required by law. These providers handle your data only for the purposes we instruct.
5. Your choices
You can sign in to your account page to review your credits and orders. You can ask us to delete your account data by contacting us from the email address on your account; order records may be retained where accounting or tax law requires it.
6. Children
Rankenza is a business service and is not directed at children under 13.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one.
